Seventeen Define and Conquer contour kit- £5.99

This contour kit is a much cheaper alternative to the NARS contour blush contour kit. At £5.99 it is definitely worth the price, the darker shade in this kit might be a little warm for some skin tones, however the highlighter is matte (which is quite unusual) yet it is subtle, perfect for everyday makeup looks.

M.A.C Studio Fix Powder - £22.00

This product is a combined powder and foundation, with good coverage and is easy to apply. This powder creates a matte look to finish off any makeup style. It absorbs any oils on the skin, giving you a matte look every day.  Most of the time I prefer to go with a dewier look but I tend to get quite oily in my T-Zone, which is where I usually apply this powder. Highly recommended.

Benefit tan about town gift set - £9.95

This cute gift set would make the perfect gift for a birthday or at Christmas. It is a perfect gift for anyone, especially those that love to travel. It has 3 gorgeous makeup items including a primer, bronzer and mascara which are all long lasting and perfect to make you a little more bronzed throughout the year!

Benefit Bigger than BB Big Easy BB cream- £28.50

This BB cream goes from a liquid to a powder once applied on the skin. It feels very soft and is a perfect product for oily skin. It hasn’t got much coverage, but if you want a full coverage look you should opt for a good coverage foundation instead of a BB cream.

Sleek Blush- £4.49

They have changed their packaging of the blushers since I last purchased one, but it’s still cute. The pigment in sleek products is amazing and the colours are so beautiful. Very cheap for what you get, highly recommended.

Naked 2 Palette- £38.00

I love all of the Naked Palettes, however I find Naked 2 would be the best palette for beginners as well as more advanced makeup artists. The 12 shades are buttery and very pigmented, which last all day! You get a free sample of the urban decay primers (which I also love). I wouldn’t say this palette is overpriced because of the gorgeous shades and the pigment of it! Palettes like this are priced the same, however this one has got to be one of my favourites.

I hope this has helped anyone reading this, and made you want to invest in some higher end products instead of just drugstore products, even beginners.
